• We do business in accordance with the laws of the United States. We will cooperate with any request for information from any government agency or representative that can demonstrate a legal basis for the request.
• We reserve the right to remove any content, including offers, from our website for whatever reason and without explanation.

• No warrantee or claim of performance is made for products listed. We do not guarantee any sales.
• We do not make any claims as to the suitability of use or purpose of any product listed on the website.

• Quantities available are not guaranteed until a Firm Corporate Offer is received. Then the quantities are guaranteed by the supplier until the FCO expires.
• Harmony Imports is not a licensed Customs Broker. Any information we provide that might be construed as US Customs related, is simply an expression of our own opinion. We strongly advise any visitor to our website to consult with a licensed Customs Broker on any question involving Customs matters.
• Scammers and frauds beware. We do full due diligence reviews of every buyer, seller and broker involved in a transaction. We work on a one strike policy. Present a bad offer and we will not allow any further psotings. We will remove any listing that we feel is not legitimate. We will determine any additional response including possible legal action on a case by case basis.

Please keep in mind that it is in our interest for both parties to have a successful transaction. We will work diligently to accomplish that end for all involved.
