We make every effort to validate our buyers so that we only post legitimate buy offers. It is impossible to be 100% certain that new buyers are real. Were we have a posting from an old buyer that we know, we will state so in the notes. Otherwise, though it is small, know that there is risk in any offer from a "new" buyer.
Since we are involved in the transaction, if we notice something that needs additional investigation, we will let all parties know what we are questioning and ask that the transaction be placed on hold until we can get satisfactory answers. We've done it before, and we will do it again.
