Import/Export

In some limited cases, Harmony Imports will directly import or export products for eventual resale to retailers or wholesalers. We are most comfortable doing direct imports and exports when we already have a buyer ready to receive the goods once they arrive in the country of destination.

For us to consider a product for direct import or export, we will consider the following:

• Manufacturer's price,
• Market price,
• Terms offered for the sale,
• Whether or not there is a ready buyer,
• Bank's willingness to finance the transaction, and
• Due diligence review of the supplier and/or buyer

If we do decide to enter the market by actually importing and exporting products on our own behalf, we will inform all our current clients dealing in that product, or related products, of the decision and the products we are importing or exporting, and the markets we are working in. Notice will be posted on our website, and all future marketing materials will state that we are engaged in trade.
